Tribeca: Mari Sanders discusses Stand Up
On the way to Eye Filmmuseum, we catch up with writer-director Mari Sanders to discuss Stand Up. The film follows Vera, a cheerful but indecisive 23-year-old whose future is upended when a traffic accident leaves her in a wheelchair. Produced by The Film Kitchen, Stand Up is set to world premiere in the International Narrative Competition at Tribeca.
