Ferry Tales: Ollie Launspach talks kiss kiss bang bang
On the ferry to Eye Filmmuseum, director Ollie Launspach tells us about the making of kiss kiss bang bang, a cinematic love portrait exploring the impact of his gender transition on his girlfriend and co-creator of the film, Sterre Mulder. After premiering in IDFA's Short Documentary Competition, the film now continues its festival journey at Karlovy Vary, where it has been selected for Future Frames, European Film Promotion's showcase of outstanding emerging European filmmakers. Kiss kiss bang bang is Launspach's graduation film for the Netherlands Film Academy.
